Shipping policy

Every Clothed In Glory piece is made to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed, and your order is then dispatched directly to you.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 2 to 14 working days of order confirmation, depending on the product and the destination. If your order is likely to be significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.

Free delivery on orders of £50 or more.
£4.99 on orders under £50.

International
Europe: £29
USA and Canada: £32
Australia and New Zealand: £35
Rest of the world: £39
DHL Global Express (all international destinations): £55

International prices include £15 towards customs charges and courier handling. The delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order on our order tracking page.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email info@clothedingloryapparel.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will put it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If we cannot validate an address, we will contact you to confirm it. If we are unable to confirm a valid address, the order will be cancelled and refunded. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost because an incorrect address was provided.

Missing parcels

If the courier shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@clothedingloryapparel.com or on +44 (0)7728 965017. We will open a claim with the courier and replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days.
